Including 5 training days, training materials and Lean books, sandwiches, coffee & snacks. Language: English - Q&A in Dutch and French also available. Trainer: Pierre Masai and Haiyan Bai (Lean Institute Belgium) Location: Brussels, Belgium Dates: five days, once every two weeks, to agree with the first participants The training only costs 2500€ per person The training and certification with individual exam costs 3125€ The training, certification and 8 hours individual coaching costs 3950€ The training takes place if there are at least 6 participants All amounts are VAT exclusive. Our Lean Green Belt training focuses on four components: 1. What is Lean? 2. How to solve problems? 3. How to improve processes? 4. How to manage daily work? You are constantly learning to see things from your customer's perspective, so that every change brings real added value. To start well, it is crucial to fully understand the current situation. This ensures that your improvements will be sustainable. Next, you learn how to approach problems and improve processes in a structured way. Finally, you will discover how not only to secure the results achieved but also to maintain them permanently.
